transfer my existing web page to your service?
A: You bet! We offer fee domain transfer for sites
that are currently hosted at other hosting providers. We will
make every effort to make the transfer as smooth as possible.
As the current owner of your web domain you may be asked to confirm
your desire to transfer domain hosting services. We take care
of most of the details and should be able to have your site up and
running on our web site servers in no time. As a precaution we
recommend that you keep your previous site available for about a
week after we have confirmed the transfer of your web site.
Domain transfer can take 48 - 72 hours to process completely.

Q: I want to design my own site; can I
do that?
A: Absolutely, once you have contacted one of our design
representatives just let them know that you will be designing your
own site. Once your account has been setup you will be emailed
the username and password for your new web account. The email
you receive will give you detailed instructions on how to access
the control panel for your web hosting account. You will
have access at this time to our state of the art web features and
all the tools you need to start building your site. You can upload files, manage your email
accounts, and our extensive customer support information.

How will I be billed for the services that you
provide?
A: As is customary in the web design and web hosting
industry you will be expected to make a down payment of up to half
of the design cost and the remainder will be due when the site goes
live. A one time setup fee of $25 will be due at the time you
request your account, additional web hosting accounts are
setup at for only $5 each. Extra services such as ASP, Shopping
Cart, Perl, additional storage and other chargeable web features are billed monthly as
necessary.
Hosting services are billed monthly and you have the option of
paying by check, or pay pal.
